Win lose or draw, it's the right thing to let people evaluate
your products -- even if the ulterior motive might possibly be
to claim an excessive number of registered installations.
I reviewed the EULA and as far as I can tell, this generous offer doesn't preclude me from publishing results. Oddly, the only limitation I could spot was disclosure of .net platform benchmark results, which sounds very optimistic. I can't imagine getting anything like that running, much less fast enough to actually measure in real time. I won't quote the actual wording, since there's a copyright on it. |
